Speaking Opportunities

If your company interested in a speaking opportunity at SAPPHIRE and the ASUG Annual Conference please review the following options.

  1. Submit your SAPPHIRE Call for Papers proposal by Saturday, January 31, 2009.
  2. The ASUG Annual Conference Call for Speakers is now closed. Thank you to all those who submitted abstracts. You will be notified of your submission status as it is reviewed.
  3. Sign up for one of the top three exhibit packages where speaking opportunities are included as package components:
    • Sapphire and Onyx level exhibit packages include an Exhibitor Track and Half Track Session

SAPPHIRE Call for Paper Sessions will be selected based upon the following criteria:

  • Appropriateness for the SAPPHIRE audience — senior executives and decision makers at current and prospective SAP customers worldwide
  • Alignment with market trends and issues related to SAP solutions, services, and technologies
  • A case-study orientation, with a focus on value-based solutions that address business challenges in innovative ways, deliver measurable business benefits, and provide industry-specific functionality
  • Partner sessions must include a customer

ASUG is actively seeking abstracts that highlight:

  • Customer stories of real-world SAP experience
  • Leading practices your company has developed
  • Strategies for leveraging existing SAP solutions to increase ROI
  • Upgrade experiences
  • Successful reporting and information delivery options
  • Effective integrations with various aspects of the SAP landscape
  • Business results or efficiencies gained as a result of your company’s participation on an ASUG Influence Council
  • Lessons learned from ASUG Benchmarking studies
