Selecting Your Exhibit Space

Diamond, Emerald, Emerald Turnkey, Ruby, Ruby Turnkey and Pod levels exhibit space selection will begin in late winter. Instructions will be forwarded to the exhibitor logistics contacts from the conference exhibit manager.

Exhibitors who meet the criteria outlined below by February 8 will participate in the first round of exhibit space selection based on their accumulated priority points. Exhibitors who meet the criteria outlined below after February 8 will select their space in the order that payment is received.
