Selecting Your Exhibit Space
Sapphire and Onyx level Exhibitors will select exhibit space beginning in January.
For Diamond, Emerald, Emerald Turnkey, Ruby, Ruby Turnkey and Pod levels, exhibit space selection will begin in early February. Exhibitors who have met the criteria outlined below by January 26 will participate in the first round of exhibit space selection based on their accumulated priority points. Instructions will be forwarded to the Exhibitor logistics contacts from the Conference Exhibit Manager.
- Completed Exhibit Package Application
- Agreement signed and submitted
- Full payment received

Exhibitors who meet the above criteria after January 26 will select their space in the order that payment is received.
