Selecting Your Exhibit Space
Exhibit space selection will begin on or about January 28, 2008. Exhibitors who have met the criteria outlined below will be contacted by their Conference Exhibit Manager with complete instructions.
Exhibitors, who have completed an application, and submitted the signed agreement and payment by January 21st , will participate in the first round of exhibit space selection using the accumulated Priority Points. Find out more about the Priority Point System.
Exhibitors who meet the above criteria after January 21st will select their space in the order that payment is received.
SAP and ASUG do not represent that any space will be available to any applicant. SAP and ASUG retain the exclusive right to revise the Show Floor and/or move Exhibitors as necessary.
