Registration
The Exhibitor Program offers a registration system that allows control of the package-included badges by the exhibitor's primary logistics contact. Through the Exhibitor Console, the logistics contact will have the option to send invitations to their staff to register, purchase additional badges for staff and customers, and track usage.
A few key points regarding registration are below. Please review the Exhibitor Resource Guide for complete details.
- Exhibitor badges allow access to SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference sessions, keynotes, the show floor, meals, and conference evening entertainment.
- Additional employee conference badges may be purchased via the console at the discounted registration rate of $1,550.
- Conference badges for customers may be purchased via the console for $1,550.
- Package-included badges do not expire.

Hotel Reservations
Once the completed and signed Exhibitor Agreement has been received, an exhibitor may reserve hotel rooms. There are two ways this may be accomplished:
- Hotel Sub-block: Sapphire, Onyx, Diamond, and Emerald level exhibitors may purchase a hotel sub-block. The deadline is March 1 and there is a 10 room minimum.
- Individual Reservation: Hotel rooms may be booked after an individual completes their own conference registration. Please review the Exhibitor Resource Guide for complete details on exhibitor registration.

Housing Reservation Deadline
Discounted hotel rates, based on hotel availability, will be available until Tuesday, May 1, 2012 OR until the official conference hotel blocks are filled.

Please note: unofficial housing vendors may reach out to exhibitors to solicit business, giving the impression they are the official SAP and ASUG housing vendor. Exhibitors should notify their exhibit manager if they are solicited by a company other than Travel Planners.
