A completed Computer Network Security & Technical Requirements Form is required of all exhibitors and should be completed online as follows:
This Network Security form must be submitted in addition to any Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) forms/requests for network access. This form must be completed in full and submitted on or before the deadline. All devices directly or indirectly accessing the SAP and ASUG Exhibitor Program network and Internet connection are required to have the latest virus protection software, windows security updates, system patches, and any technological cautions necessary to protect exhibitors and others from viruses, malicious programs, and other disruptive applications. Misuse of network services may result in service interruption to exhibitors and other customers and will lead to disconnection of the initiating exhibitor's network equipment. |
