Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Request --
required of all exhibitors

Due: April 7, 2008

Exhibitors using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor(s) (EAC), or non-official show contractor, must complete the EAC Request form and submit insurance certificates for each EAC.

The EAC Request form is be completed online, as follows:

1. Log in to your Exhibitor Console
2. Go to your Task List/Required documents
3. Find "Request to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor", click on "Complete Task Now", and complete the form

An EAC is a company other than the "official" service provider for the SAP and ASUG Exhibitor Program designated by show management as the provider of a specific service (i.e. Freeman and the Orange County Convention Center, "OCCC"). The EAC may only provide services that are not designated as "exclusive" to a venue provider.

Summary of Coverage required -- policy dates must not expire before the conference move out date

• Employers liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per accident covering personnel performing work at the Orange County Convention Center property
• Comprehensive commercial general liability insurance with contractual indemnity coverage and combined single limits in the minimum amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence for personal injury and property damage
• Commercial automobile liability insurance with coverage for owned, non-owned, rented and borrowed automobiles with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000
